Bay's Talise is a residential high-rise development in Dhanmondi, Dhaka, where Triangle Engineers Ltd. (TEL) along with Electro Mechanical Solution (EMS) delivered complete fire safety design documentation — covering fire hydrant systems, fire protection and detection systems, and a public address (PA) system for building-wide emergency communication. TEL also designed the basement mechanical ventilation system, ensuring safe air quality and smoke management in the below-grade parking and utility levels. With a build-up area of approximately 14,500 sft, the project reflects TEL's approach to integrating life-safety systems seamlessly into modern residential architecture.
